Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez is a popular Mexican-American actor, singer and music producer. Her mother raised her throughout the USA she was subject to a lot of racial taunts which gave her feeling of being unwelcome. In the ninth grade, after a school audition, where she was praised for her singing and acoustics, she began to gain confidence. She not only gained confidence because of the experience and gained experience, but also changed her the direction of her career. She graduated from the New York's Julliard School at the age of 22. She was 23 when she had her first Broadway show with Paul Simon's The Capeman, and her debut in the film You've got Mail were both major break. But her biggest break came when she starred in the part in the role of The Lady of The Lake in the very first Broadway performance of Spamalot receiving not just the Tony Award for her performance as well as a lot of critical praise. The following year, in 2007 she was cast in the ABC show Grey's Anatomy and became more famous. She is known as a performer and released her own single and an extended version of her play. Also, she is an activist and works extensively to promote LGBT rights.
